This work is a conceptual representation of traditional methods of prayer. In particular, reference is made to the burning of incense, the Christian Rosary and the Buddhist Prayer Wheel. These are represented by the continually rising cello melody and the repetitive/circular nature of the accompaniment.

The video was composed from "found images" recorded on VHS tape (and subsequently edited on 1" videotape) from broadcast television programming on Veterans Day 1987. It is comprised of newsreel footage of victims of the last 75 years' wars.
